| The black wing-tip marking extending down the outer edge of the wing to vein 3 or 4, and the post-discal black spot, which is slightly concave on the outer edge, point to the Southern Small White (mannii) rather than the ordinary Small White (rapae), which has a grey wing tip marking that extends further inwards rather than downwards. Rapae's post-discal spot is also grey and rounder. | |
